"Very convenient hotel as it is located right across the train station. It's at the very top of a mall/shopping building. Has an adjoining parking garage. Parking is not free for hotel guests. "Everything was amazing, food and staff accomodation was absolutely top notch. The public open air bath was so relaxing, also equipped with a sauna and an ice cold bath. We also had the room with private open air bath and the view to the outside was amazing from the bath. Also has free shuttle to and from the closest train station (Ikeda Station) all you have to do is just make reservation with front desk. There are beautiful hikes nearby as well."

"We had both a great massage in the spa. We liked the variety of hot water baths. We had a special Japanese dinner with 17 pots and pans; quite an experience. It's handy that a little shops in the lobby sell food, drinks, trinkets and souvenirs. I liked my kimono and wished that I could take it with me. Overall a very Japanese experience."
