"Excellent location - so close to subway and many restaurants and shopping arouns the area. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel is the best by offering drinks and snacks throughout the day including late night ochazuke. Hotel was so lovely that i extended my stay for another 5 days. Highly recommend and i will be back the next time i visit osaka! "

"Great staff! They helped to facilitate a lost item at our precious hotel and they arranged for it to be delivered. The staff were always friendly and had answers to our questions. The hotel is situated one stop away from the Kyoto station. Very convenient. The rooms were large, beds and pillows comfortable. Best of all for me, was that they had comforters as I like to sleep with something weighted on me. Across the street there is a very good and small ramen place, highly recommended. We did have breakfast at this hotel and it was OK since it was more Japanese than western. Am used to a traditional western breakfast but other might enjoy a more Japanese one. "

"Softest beds we used throughout Japan. Nice breakfast spread. Generous amenities. We could have used a towel rack in the bathroom. Unfortunately we didn't get to partake in the onsen"

"Such a beautiful hotel, spacious room with lovely seating to capture the view. Onsen was very nice, great views and good facilities. Lounge was a good spot to have a drink. Reception on 17th floor. Great location in central Osaka. "
