"Family-friendly, clean, quiet area with a traditional style accomodation. We had 5 people and loved our stay. 3 full bedrooms. 2/3 are downstairs and one bedroom is up steep stairs so be aware of that. Check in and out quick and easy. Has a full kitchen and plenty of seating throughout.The entryways are low, so just be careful of you are 5'9 (175 cm) or taller, youll have to duck a lot or hit your head.The area is great, just make sure to have access to cash, besides thw convinence stores...

"All self service facilities are great especially an onsen at the top floor. However, staff is not helpful and say no to most things like asking for a fork or help booking a restaurant."

"They should have made it clear that a train runs close by. They assigned me such room and I refused I was given a different room. Also, one of the main reason I booked that hotel was the view they used in advertising. In order for you to enjoy the view, you would have to buy from their restaurant. It is not something you can just enjoy."

"two groups of family stayed here for 5 nights. everyone love it here. very convenience. 7-11 inside the building, shopping and restaurants are in walking distance. bus station to airport is across the street from the hotel. a lot more simpler to ride a bus to the airport than riding the train. love the sauna and spa. Will Def. stay here again."
