"They truly exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, offering direct views of the ocean. My first-floor room featured sliding doors opening onto a private deck area. The spacious outdoor area included a hot tub, pool, tables and chairs, lounge chairs, and more, all complemented by tall heaters for cooler mornings and evenings. The staff was helpful, friendly, and readily available. For anyone looking to stay along the Pacific Ocean in San Diego, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Tower23 is a great hotel right on Pacific Beach. We enjoyed watching the surfers from our balcony! The location is ideal, right in the middle of the beach area with restaurants and shopping all around. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Super happy with"

"Great stay by the beach before leaving California for good after 50 years as a resident."

"Great place near the beach and bay. Very welcoming to dogs!"

"Everything was good. Could use some help on the sliding doors"

"Staff were very helpful and kind"

"There was a long wait to check in because there was only one staff member at the desk, but once we were able to check in, it was very efficient and hostess was very welcoming and upgraded our room for us which was lovely, and also comped our parking to apologize for the long delay. Loved our room - very spacious and clean and overlooking running water and lush greenery. The bathroom was immaculate and I appreciated how clean everything was!"

"Clean and nice but a dated facility. Staff were all very friendly and professional, even gave me an upgraded view without me asking. I was there on business mostly, but the pool are and water slides looked fun for a family trip, and the location is great for beach and boating. Downside was $55/night for self parking (or valet)."

"The views were worth the price. Would definitely go back!!"

"Excelente ubicación, servicios, cerca de la playa con estacionamiento personal muy amable, ampliamente recomendable"
