"The room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the room and hotel were spotless. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. We had a club room on the 19th floor and the lounge staff and experience for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening truly made our stay very comfortable. The location in Zhongshan was perfect for dept store shopping as well as shopping along the quaint lanes of Chi Feng St and Zhongshan Road."

"The location is excellent, very close to Taipei Main Station and other transit, and many food/shopping options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/out process was smooth. My room was very clean and comfortable, although the carpet felt a little sticky, but they provide slippers! I loved the snacks and drinks they provided, and they also held my luggage for me after I checked out for a few hours. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Taipei!"

The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to Taipei Main Station via the underground passage, making it very convenient to get around.The only minor point is that my room didn’t have a window, so I couldn’t tell the weather outside.
