"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the rooftop was absolutely amazing, especially with the Pyramids right in front of you. The location is also perfect, as it’s very close to the Pyramids. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the tours, and our tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. I would definitely come back and stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home ."

Our room keycard holder had stopped working and staff promptly arranged for an engineer to fix the issue. Breakfast options were good however slightly expensive for what it was."

"Great hotel with excellent service! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. Merna Wagdy made our check-in and entire stay a phenomenal experience. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of."

"Had a great stay here. Right next to the pyramids and sphinx with many shops for food and sovereigns and even a pharmacy, all of which were within walking distance. Absolutely worth the money, the owner even went out of his way to walk me to a pharmacy and even pay for the medice and a week supply at that. Made sure I had all the proper and safe food and water.(being a tourist that was the need for the medice in the first place, and not from the hotel restaurant, which is great and had an amazing breakfast!) The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible for me. From Start to finish, picked me up from the airport had everything for my stay, and got me to the airport safely. Most of the time they even walked me to stores near by to assure I wasnt getting hassled by people trying to take advantage of tourists. This was a great place to stay, my visit was one week and I would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is a little old but still fantastic .The staff are amazing and it’s a great position to go site seeing from. The only problem we had was the pool gets shaded by 2.00pm so if you are a sun worshipper be warned . Other than that the restaurants are all fabulous . The spa is great too"
