"Hotel is on the 9th floor so it has an excellent rooftop view of the city and away from much of the noise of the city. Always someone on the first floor for security and help with luggage if needed. Very nice and courteous staff members. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. Downtown area can be hectic but this hotel is the perfect place to relax. "
