"Clean, nice staff and friendly. Only issue is laungauge. "

"Omg this hotel is unreal! From the location, staff, amenities, restaurant, decor, I can go and on. Super clean and chic, it’s really a gem in Cairo! Loved every second we spent at the property! "

"便利な立地ですが幹線道路に近く、クラクションなど騒音が大きいのですが、その為チェックイン時に耳栓をくれます。フロントは建物の2階にありますが、正面玄関からその事が分からずチェックイン時は間違った場所に来てしまったのではないかと戸惑います。しかしスタッフはどの方も人柄が良く、とても親切です。"

"We were a group of 8 who rented the apartment for 5 days. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had just been thoroughly cleaned. The apartment was the perfect choice for us while exploring Cairo. It is centrally located, with most sights just a short distance away. There is an ATM and shops just a few meters from the main entrance. The apartment itself was very spacious, featuring 4 good-sized bedrooms and a very large living room. "We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...
