Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast. I was able to book a tour through the hotel to Alexandria and to the Wadi El Hitan which were both great. Only issue was the lack of operational bathroom fans which will lead to deteriorating paint in time.

The staff was the friendliest I have ever met. I was impressed with each and every one of them. The balcony view was to die for. Even though I’ve been in more luxurious hotels I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. Breakfast was fantastic and we ordered one dinner and it was great too. Made our stay in Egypt memorable.

Very nice rooms, I stayed in two during my visit. Very spacious and well equiped. The Staff was very nice and helpfull. Especially Aly, the receptionist who helped me a lot with all my questions and requests. The breakfast is very extensive and the service is very friendly. The area is noisy, but that’s inherent to Cairo. It’s a shame you can’t walk between the hotels and the Grand Egyptian Museum. You always need a driver. The hotel has one, and otherwise, there’s always Uber. Thanks for everything, and maybe see you next time.

This place is really rough and quite dangerous with having to climb up stairs past workmen using power saws and with electrical cables dangling. Breakfast is really poor and I watched staff drop bread on the dirty rooftop floor and then serve it on plates to guests. Staff are friendly though.

Great location for view of the GEM + Pyramids in the distance - without the price of the Steigenberger Hotel. Don’t be fooled by the front as you approach. Very friendly staff! Our room was nice and clean, our bathroom was large, and the rooftop patio is is lovely with nice music playing. Food is prepared one dish at a time so plan to wait awhile. A nice served breakfast (not buffet). The beds was on the hard side for us and the pillows could be better but that wouldn’t keep us from staying again. It’s a great choice for the price paid!

The hotel has a great view of the pyramids and GEM. I do like that it is in a side street and the rooms are quiet. Nada has been so helpful in settling us in, and I appreciate the welcome drinks. They even gave us a papyrus souvenir which was so thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and aircon was working well. All the staff are very helpful and accommodating , we truly enjoyed our stay in Giza.

The sign in was very positive. They have helped with shuttling to the New Egyption Museum and to the Airport. The Room was clean. The Bathroom and shower was spacious. It had a good working AC. The Refrigerator works.

The room was ok. A bit uncomfortable for a good while as there was a sewer gas issue. Beds very hard. Towels were not in any kind of decent condition. Location was a surprise. Down A very small dirt alley then another. That said the view from our large patio was lovely. Pyramids and theGEM. The terrace breakfast is very nice! The daytime staff was wonderful.

Navigating Egypt for the first time with zero prior experience could have been overwhelming, but the team here made the entire journey seamless. They don’t just run a guest house, they truly treat you like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, hospitable, and accommodating. They went above and beyond at every turn, whether offering fantastic local recommendations, ensuring I got into the right Ubers safely, or helping me navigate a totally new and very large city with confidence. It honestly felt like having personal friends looking out for me to make sure my trip was as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. A very special thank you to Aly - what an incredible human being! He is somehow everywhere all at once, ensuring each guest receives the exceptional care they deserve. The room was beautiful! There was an elevator. The staff were so helpful and kind! The street going to it was a bit rundown, but that seemed like all of Giza and Cairo. The room was nice and cold. The free breakfast was huge! They really did not need to waste that much food. There is a tiny convenience store a few feet away which was helpful. The location is literally at the pyramids and grand Egyptian museum! Free shuttle from airport was on time and they always answered what's app messages quickly. I felt very safe and well cared for and appreciated.
