"Great hotel, location, character, and staff."

"Front desk is understaffed. There are 6 managers who would not consider getting up and helping customers. Rooms are not cleaned in time, and whenever I asked for anything, they do not have it or cannot provide it. If you need a place there, just stay at Hyatt next door."

"Just a perfect place to base ourselves for 3 nights. Super comfortable beds, good size room and super helpful staff, The area is full of history and a short stroll to the shopping and dining district . Off street parking was a bonus as was the breakfast. Would definitely stay again"

"Excellent hotel, will definitely stay again."

Hallways and lobby small and not always looking the best, but it is the actual room that counts and it served us well through our last trip. Will definitely be looking for a Spark...

"The front desk staff was so patient. We had a large group and he placed our rooms in such a way that it even made remembering where we were so easy."

"Never got housekeeping even though it is supposed to come every other day. Ran out of tissues and shampoo. Had to find towels ourselves. Generally not clean."
