"The pool was a little greasy from the sun screen, I assume. Room was a little loud from the street. I used ear plugs. The only thing I can suggest adding is have more water stations to fill the bottles. Were a little hard to find. All around great place."

"Although we came in to contact with a few great workers at the property (Carmen at the coffee house and Dafne) the other workers that we reported things to that needed attention and fixed, were sub-par at best. Room not upgraded at check in (we understand it is based on availability) but hotel was not full and a member of staff when asked stated it occupancy was at only 43%. That wasn't an issue. We had no television for the four days we were there. The TV reception was very poor. It kept...

"All the amenities you need snd even more. Great selection of food, great à la carte restaurants. Beach was nice with plenty of chairs in the shade. Great snorkeling! We will be back, for sure!"

"I was in the privilege section and our butler barely responded to us while we were there. We had a balcony which we couldn’t fully enjoy because they had a huge pile of sargassum outside of it. Ordering food for room service almost always had missing items. When they cleaned (once during our week stay) our room they didn’t change the sheets so it had sand in it. When we tried to get an uber to the airport the taxi drivers that are with the company the hotel uses started threatening and...

"My multi-generational family went all together and would love to come back to Grand Palladium Kantenah. We stayed in the family selection section and I would recommend this (definitely worth it): 1) the personal butlers were very helpful in arranging our reservations and other big and small requests, 2) we could access all other Grand Palladium resorts, allowing us to explore the entire resort area with access to many restaurants, and 3) could access the family selection only pool (Solarium),...

"I dislike that we had to go change into formal/casual just to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in some restaurants. Our room was not near to some restaurants. So have to leave the pool to go change and then come back was the only thing i disliked"

"El personal de cocina, o que sirve siempre está enojado. Contesta mal. Los meseros son otro boleto, ellos son muy atentos"

"We stayed for 5 nights. Overall, the hotel was good and offered the usual amenities found at other resorts in the area. However, a few things need improvement to make it a higher-quality experience: 1. Food quality: The food at both the buffets and restaurants was average. We tried five different specialty restaurants, all beautifully designed, but the food quality was disappointing. 2. Unpleasant smell: There was a bad sewage-like smell throughout the hotel, which seemed to be an ongoing hotel...

"Все прошло отлично!!!"

"Instalaciones muy buenas y grandes, ambiente muy tranquilo, staff siempre pendiente y amable. la comida es buena, los menu a la carta son muy buenos. Únicamente la playa no es la mejor, la tratan de mantener bien, pero es limitada."
