The staff went beyond our expectations as my sister left her phone in a cab and they called the cab company and tracked down the phone and it was waiting in our room when we returned to the hotel. The bar was nice with a great view of Osaka. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

I must say having a corner room at that level and looking out your window, the view and scenery of Osaka is breathtaking.
