Also, my friend and I requested double beds and were given a queen-size bed. We then had to wait until the next day to be placed in the correct room. I'm still dealing with trying to get my money back. They do not do refunds or date changes, so please be mindful! Also, they do have an option for a drive to pick you up, and it's 75 euros, so keep that in mind as well!"

The Hotel is centrally located to all you want to see in Rome. The hotel is located Within a mile 1/2 of all major attractions. The staff was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. When we return to Rome we will definitely reserve the same apt. Thank you for a wonderful experience."
