The whole staff at UNA hotels deco Roma was amazing! I stayed there for 5 nights with my family and they made sure of making me feel like home. The room was great, the food was great and the internet was high speed which allowed me to work remotely for a couple of days. This hotel is 100% recommended!

Although close to the train station the property and surrounding area felt safe and clean. The staff were extremely helpful when trying to find a place to eat and tranportation. Also, the staff spoke English, so communicating was not an issue. We booked a room with a terrace, it was extremely clean and the veiw was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to several site-seeing areas.

We travel much and we were unexpectedly and happily surprised about this hotel. Way beyond our expectations, considering the price and the location being 3 minutes from Termini train station. Everything was very good, super clean, well appointed and nicely decorated, larger than usual room for Europe, All the staff were quite professional and friendly. We arrived mid-evening from a long day of traveling so we had dinner at their restaurant. Again we had such a good meal with great presentation that we returned for lunch the next day. And the breakfast was super, including gluten free croissant for my wife!

Great location by the train station. Staff were very helpful and nice. The area around is okayish but we felt very safe at the hotel and they even had added security. I would 10/10 recommend and stay here again. Most things are walkable within hotel distance.
