"Overall a poor accommodation, would not stay there again. They don’t answer the phone!!!! I tried multiple times. 3 different phone numbers. We requested early check-in months earlier because our over-night flight arrived 8:10 am. Tried phoning to confirm early check-in before we left airport but they don’t answer the phone !!! We arrived at travelodge and the front desk person was immediately rude and dismissive. And no check-in until 3pm, and there’s NO lobby (2 chairs) and no place to go while we waited the 5 hours. Two of us ended up sitting on the floor, since we were exhausted. We would have waited at the airport had we known we wouldn’t get into our room. The entire place is old and run down. Smells musty. Pictures on website do not match how it actually looks. Family of 4 and they gave us only 2 towels in our room!!! At least the bedding seemed clean. Free airport shuttle was the only good thing about this place. . "
