"Joseph checked me in and from that moment called me by name. Very helpful, everything I ask he was happy and helpful. Others at the front desk were also helpful. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay cooks and staff were polite and helpful. I would like to have had dinner severed a little later. Rooms were nice and clean."

"My room # 106 had roaches. I asked to change rooms. The mgr. Said ok to changing rooms. I had to go to my grandaughters birthday party and told them I wont be back till 1:30 to change rooms. When I got back to the office to change rooms, the front desk said they can't transfer me they gave away my room. I was disgusted! They then sprayed my room for roaches and I had to deal with the bug spray smell and my asthma."

"This was a great stay. My son and I stayed for a basketball tournament. Its in a convenient location with inn and out burger 10 min away and many other restaurants near by. There's also a dollar tree and a gas station across the street. The staff was very friendly and welcoming."

"This is a nice home close to Phoenix ammenities. It is a good size with a nice pool. We found it very comfortable for the 6 of us. The check-in process was fine but did have to reach out for the code versus it being sent to me in advance. Eduardo was very responsive to questions and issues we had. There could have been more paper products such at toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Eduardo offered to have some delivered by the morning but I had already bought the toilet paper we needed. Garage door stopped working and looked like someone had run into it. Also, first time I rented a place with such a large upfront deposit. Overall a nice place with a good location and maintained well. I would consider renting again but not if they continue to charge the deposit. VRBO essentially had my deposit money for over 2 months in addition to the stay costs. I wish Eduardo good luck in the future."
