"Had a missed connection in PHX, due to delays, needed a last minute room at midnite, for the nite. I booked it on hotels.com, after making three calls to other hotels that said they were fully booked (on a Wed!). The front desk lady was very kind, the shower was hot and good pressure, the bed was very comfy and the pillows were perfect! The morning hot breakfast was amazing and good coffee. And the free shuttle back to the airport was on time and efficient. The room had a couple little spots that showed the age, but otherwise it was a good sleep. Would totally stay here again."

"Room was dirty, urine on bathroom floor. Cockroach in the bathroom. Broken AC, had to move rooms. Didn’t get to bed until after 2am. Next room top lock was broken off, felt very unsafe. Beds are terrible, very uncomfortable. TV did not work in second room. Hotel very run down."

"Staff informed at check in that they updated our room but it was the same room we booked. It was upstairs and I informed them due to medical condition please get us downstairs-never addressed the issue. Second day we requested bath towels and staff said they will bring it to us-never came. We had yo wash our own towels when needed.Third day, toilet clogged.room trash was full and never got changed."

"The staff, the welcome happy hour, and the location were beyond words! All were amazing! The rooms were clean however, they are in need of a “refresh”. They are a bit dark and dated. That being said else was superb."

"We stayed in this home for our son’s college graduation and had a great experience overall. The check-in process was easy, and the door code worked on the first try. There was plenty of parking available both in the driveway and on the street.The home was clean, organized, and spacious, with enough bedrooms for our whole family to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels provided. We especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard and made good use of the pool and BBQ during our stay.One minor inconvenience was needing to message the owner to have the spa turned on, though it worked fine once activated. The pool service also came by on our first day to treat some algae in the pool.The owner communicated well throughout our stay and was quick to answer any questions. Overall, we would definitely stay here again."
