"The location was awesome able to walk every where we wanted to go in Gatlinburg. The facility was outstanding very, very comfortable. Would recommend to all my family and friends!!"

"Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, at a great location just minutes from Main Street. Definitely will come again."

"While planning my recent trip to Gatlinburg, I changed my mind about the hotel several times before deciding on this one. This Comfort location just opened two years ago so I figured it'd be a good choice, and for the most part it was. "Loved the historic feel of the Inn. Will make this the go to place for us. Room was excellent and staff was very helpful."

"Had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely come back."

"We were able to walk everywhere. Except to Cade’s Cove and Wildside Adventures."

"Furniture too old."

"The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area."

At one time we went into the office to speak to someone and there was a sign that said be right back. 25 minutes later, we walked out and went back to the room and gave up on that nonsense. After all these years of staying there, we will be moving to another motel. I would no...
