"The unit itself was dated, but pretty clean. Unfortunately, the property management HOA is NOT cleaning and maintaining the pool area, sauna, or pool showers. The pool loungers and deck chairs are new, but the pool deck is FILTHY! Such a shame, as we have stayed at Deer Ridge 5 times. All things considered, we hope to return to see these problems rectified, because IT IS THE BEST VIEW IN THE SMOKIES!!!"

"Everything was Great! All the things needed for cooking was in the kitchen. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the nature."

"Everything was great. The only issue we had was how hard the beds were but other than that. the view was amazing and the space for 5 people was very good."
