Casa Anaka sits atop one of the highest points in Manuel Antonio. This superior quality two-bedroom Villa provides 360-degree views of the sweeping Pacific coastline, majestic mountain ranges and palm plantation.

Casa Anaka is located in a gated community with dozens of multi-million-dollar homes and 24-hour security so it is the ideal place to indulge for your tropical vacation. Private, quiet, safe and surrounded by rainforest and wildlife reserves are just a few reasons why most homes in this area are in such demand.

With over 2,000 square feet of Living space, this luxury villa has 2 floors with a beautifully designed wood spiral staircase to get to each. There is a large Master bedroom on the first floor near the entry for easy access to the parking area in the front and infinity pool in the back. The other bedroom is on the second floor and it has two queen size beds. This also has an en-suite bathroom with a beautifully designed shower. The living area has three large custom daybeds and a full bath for additional friends or family. A custom ramp allows for handicap accessibility and the entire Villa can accommodate up to 7 guests. This is Costa Rican elegance at its best. From the lovely ocean-view master suite with an en-suite bathroom, to the romantic mountain-view king suite, to the open living, dining and kitchen area, to the terraces, pool and dramatic vistas, you will be living in paradise in this modern villa.

This fully air-conditioned Villa was designed and built with quality in mind. The custom ceilings provide a balanesion feel with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors which brighten every corner. All doors open completely so that you can allow the cool and refreshing breezes in during the day while enjoying the surrounding nature. An open-concept features a comfortable living room that is ideal for gatherings, a dining room that will comfortably meet your needs.

The Kitchen and dining areas are located on the upper level as is the King Suite. The fully equipped kitchen contains all top of the line stainless steel appliances and furnishings that allow you to prepare a gourmet meal or if you prefer to dine in comfort without any effort, arrange with your Personal Concierge and Vacation Coordinator for a chef-prepared dinner at the Villa. Sitting with the sliding doors open with our beautiful climate while viewing an incredible sunset, will take all of your stress away. There is also a private pool where you can relax or take a leisurely swim after a day of adventure.

Sunsets are unmatched at Casa Anaka and the villa is just a short 5-minute taxi ride that will allow you to enjoy many of our fine restaurants, night life, Yacht Marina, incredible beaches and our famous National Park. Also, all tour companies will pick you up right at the Villa.

Beautiful Getaway

Casa Anaka is a beautiful place to stay in Manuel Antonio. It was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. Camilo, the property concierge,was so helpful from booking our excursions, greeting us upon arrival, to answering random questions with rapid response time! Housekeeping arrived every other day and she even did our personal laundry for us if we needed it. The pool was a great place to relax after a day of excursions. We loved it!!!!

Beautiful views and exceptional communication

We had a wonderful stay. While swimming in the pool we saw scarlet macaws and toucans and heard howler monkeys in the distance. From the house you can watch the sunset over the ocean or look out over the forest. Camilo was amazing at booking all of our adventures and coordinating restaurant reservations. The house was close to the park, restaurants, and the beach. Highlights were the night tour, exploring Manuel Antonio, and having chefs prepare a delicious meal.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience in this lovely place! The home is beautiful with panoramic views from every angle! You can watch the sunrise poolside with your morning coffee and close the day with the sunset and wine! Camilo our vacation concierge went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Perfect Stay!!!

We had a wonderful vacation with a group of 16 friends. Everything about the trip was perfect. Camilo setup transportation, cars, trips, etc. All were top notch, amazing operators and great fun. Chef Ronald and the whole house crew took extremely good care of us and all our absurdities throughout the week. I think we might have broken the record for amount of wine consumed, but it was always paired with amazing food options cooked up. We caught a bunch of tuna one day which they prepared perfectly.

Amazing view, great house and extremely helpful concierge. The house looks as described but be aware that one bedroom is attached to the rest of the house but not accessible from the inside. It worked for us since we have teenagers but might not be the best set up for smaller children. Nonetheless, I could not recommend a better place!

Spectacular!!

Casa Anaka was a dream!! We spent three nights in the Quepos area while visiting Costa Rica and truly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is SPECTACULAR with views of the sunrise over the mountain and the sunset over the ocean. It has a pool too which was welcome after a long/hot/activity filled day. Camilo, the concierge, was extremely helpful and communicative all throughout the stay. He arranged for us to have groceries already at the house when we arrived and coordinated a private chef for our first dinner. It was a great idea after a long travel day! The maid service was great too. They did our laundry which was unexpected and very welcome. We truly loved our stay at Casa Anaka and hope to be back in the future!! Thank you!!

Beautiful home with helpful concierge

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Casa Anaka. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a fully stocked kitchen. We arrived to a stocked fridge and a delicious private chef dinner—perfect after a long travel day. Camilo, the concierge, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, arranging tours, making dinner reservations, and coordinating the chef. We saw scarlet macaws, resident iguanas, and heard howler monkeys in the distance. The 10-in-1 adventure tour was a highlight—highly recommend.A few things to note: the layout is a bit tricky, especially for families with younger kids. One bedroom is completely separate from the main house and only one key is provided, which made nightly logistics more complicated. We had to leave the key with our kids and re-enter our room through a lower-level door. It would be helpful if two sets of keys were available and if the main house could be locked from the inside without a key.There’s also a large green tarp along one side of the property that detracts slightly from the view. A home is being built next door—no noise, but we were surprised a couple of times by people using the shared driveway. Some road noise is also noticeable from the pool area. Despite these minor things, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.
