"There’s really no reason to even consider other hotel. Super luxury, best views in the city, amazing gym, the top most amazing restaurants, great service, next to huge shopping mall, you can run in the avances of stars. I cannot think anything to improve. Seriously this hotel is one of my favorites in the world"

"Hotel was wonderful along with the entire hotel staff, great location, room clean and confortable. We love the floor to ceiling windows and our view of the city was amazing. Spa was excellent as well as workout space/pool. Breakfast has plenty of choices to fill your plate. Lots of seating in the breakfast area if you want to sit looking out the window or sit at the coffee/bar."

"Fantastic hotel, with excellent service and a wonderful team. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Sehr sauberes und schönes Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage. Andererseits ein Frühstück, das kaum als solches bezeichnet werden kann (Auswahl extrem klein), teilweise wurde auch einfach nicht gut mitgedacht (zum Beispiel keine Gläser für die Minibar, keine Espressotassen für die Nespresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer). Alles in allem aber eine gute Wahl für Hong Kong."

"Stayed for a 3 nights on my way back through Hong Kong to Canada, was a great stay, room was spotless, comfy bed, lots of amenities. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool bar and pool itself at definitely worth a visit. Great view from up there!! Also in a very convenient location to bustling neighbourhoods and high end shopping, best of both worlds. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone"

Both the lobby manager and the manager in a more senior position seemed more interested in telling guests they could leave and receive a refund than in listening to their concerns or trying to resolve the situation. Their attitude made me feel that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Also, the previous manager provided a much better experience, but...

"The rooms are very nice but may need some maintain in terms of air control and humidity. Other than that, the hotel is great, with very kind staff, amazing breakfast and optimal location!"

"Helpful staff and clean amenities. Very recommendable."

"Well received at reception by Maria, staff. Well informed of the neighborhood on where to go around and buy daily essentials. Gave a good tour on the hotel restaurant and amenities. Maria even upgraded our room to one with ocean view overlooking Kowloon peninsula skyline. Although there was a minor hiccup in that there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling (suspected from upper level bathroom leak, not from hotel structural), the maintenance staff handled matter promptly and...
