"The pirate retreat is a great spot. Yes there could be some fixes here and there but the view and feeling like you’re floating above the waves more than makes up for some deferred maintenance. The retreat I would give five stars but for the overall property I need to deduct one star as there were big parties which took over the rest of the property and made the other amenities that usable. "I needed a change of scenery and am so happy I found this place!! The house had everything I needed and was extremely comfortable. The views are breathtaking and sleeping and waking up to the sounds of the ocean are worth the price of admission alone!! The staff was so friendly and my dog made a few new friends with the dogs on the property. I can't thank everyone there enough for being so accommodating and making me feel so welcome and safe. Can't wait to get down there again!!"
