Hotel nuevo, excelente ubicación, sin embargo, el acceso fue difícil por nulos señalamientos y se nota que el hotel requiere de más personal y servicios, lo cual se entiende siendo un hotel de apertura muy reciente

El lugar y el hotel es espectacular. El servicio súper. Todos se esmeran en hacer que la estancia sea muy buena. El hotel está nuevo y le faltan cosas por pulir. No tuvimos agua caliente y el baño tenía mal olor. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una de mejor categoría, pero ya la ultima noche. La pasamos increíble. Valle de Guadalupe es un lugar muy hermoso. Los precios en el restaurante son excesivos. La comida está rica.
