"Great property, right on the ocean but no beach access unless ya want to climb some rocks down. Awesome views, restaurants close by. Wifi worked for the phones but couldnt get any tv to work with, had to tether my cell to the roku, otherwise I would def go back, rooms are very big and the decoration is great. Full kitchen too. "

"Visited family in Rosarito- proximity was great!! Las Gaviotas is a beautiful community near Puerto Nuevo which is a must. The beach access is fantastic. The home was beautiful and cozy. Marisella is a wonderful host and communication was great! Definitely will stay there again. "

"The property was fantastic, and Las Gaviotas is a wonderful neighborhood. At night, the ocean and beach make great sounds, and the sunset views from the jacuzzi are stunning. Over the long weekend, the HOA brought a fresh fish taco stand/cart."

"House was clean, a bit of a walk to get down to the water, pool and hot tub. There is only one AC unit in the whole house, located in the living room."
