"The room was clean but there was no hand hold for disabled customers to use as they shower. I had a very difficult time getting clean. The regular staff were nice, but the Man who checked us in was rude and not friendly at all. He insulted me by assuming I would try to smoke in my room. When I asked where on the grounds smoking on the grounds was permitted, he said in the parking lot. When I went there, I found no benches, nor shade, and no ash treys. By the way, there are no ash treys anywhere...
