"The property is well maintained, rooms are nice and comfortable. Having a hand held shower is always a plus. The property has several elevators in different locations making rooms accessible to anyone of the elevator. Location is convenient, quiet and safe. The only downside is that the breakfast hours are from 6-9. I wish it would stay open for another hour. The staff began to break down, clean and put things away prior to 9 am"

"I loved the interior decorating, very old school, spacious with lots of seating in the foyer. It was great having in hour breakfast and free drinks in the evening. The gym and pool were great to use, We used in-house dining, the service and food were excellent. We really appreciated the spacious rooms with a numerous seating options"

"The room was clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. The main elevator was down, which wasn't so bad for me but it wasn't good for those staying at the other end of the hotel. There was only one coffee packet , 2 would have been better. Oh and there is never enough cream and sugar. It was okay overall, but next time I will stay somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it if you are staying more than one night. Something about the hotel and the area gave me an uneasy feeling."

"I chose this hotel because of it's location (near Powell's Books) and the rate was less than Hotel DeLuxe where I usually stay. It's a short walk from the light rail station and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the free drink ticket upon checking in. My room was small but had everything I needed. I will definitely stay there again!"
