They did a room change for us our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view from my window was breathtaking The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of exceptional—fresh pastries, croissants, fruits, etc made-to-order omelets, and some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and tea . Service was consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff.❤️❤️❤️🙏👏👏👏👏👏Every interaction felt genuine, warm, and personalized. They anticipated my needs, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation. This was, without question, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. "The staff at the front desk were amazing. Everyone was so friendly when we checked in and checked out and when we purchased something from the gift shop. The hotel was conveniently located to Gare de Nord train station, and there a bunch of restaurants near by to walk to. The rooms were clean and we loved the decor. It was a really excellent hotel to stay in and we can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for the great stay! "
