"There is a problem between the Hotel and Expedia. The room where the Hotel put us up was far different from the published photos. They downgraded us, saying that's what we had agreed to. " Roupas de cama sujas, chuveiro ruim (o misturador não funcionava), limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, atendentes nada simpáticos ... Fora isso, equipamento de limpeza e chuveiro da piscina estavam quebrados. Para finalizar, meu filho queimou a mão em uma torneira de água que fica na piscina - era água quente sem nenhuma sinalização. Péssimo"
