A pousada é muito bem localizada perto do centro, bonita, decorada, e o atendimento gentil, porém infelizmente existem pontos negativos. O colchão da cama do nosso quarto era duro e desconfortável, no banheiro a tampa é menor do que o vaso e problemas na descarga. Quanto ao café da manhã, achamos muito simples e com poucas opções de comida, não há variedade e reposição, inclusive em comparação aos hotéis menores que já hospedamos. A piscina não ficava muito limpa.
