"Excellent location for a coastal getaway & the bakery across the street is a must visit. Room itself was clean and self-check in was easy. However, it was not the best night of sleep as the bed was overly firm and there is not much insulation from road / pedestrian noise outside. "

"It's my second time staying at this fun little property. I love the location in relation to access to Point Reyes National Seashore. The main bed is super comfy. My friend tells me that the sofa turns into a nice bed. We like to use the table to play Rummikub after we have spent time at the fire pit. In the morning, I like to make scrambled eggs from the fresh eggs that her chickens have laid. I'll definitely be going back. "

"Wonderful location near Point Reyes beaches and hiking trails. Comfortable and chic room, lovely grounds, and also has a lively tavern Due West for great food and drinks. "

"We had a wonderful stay overall! The house does have quite a few stairs, but thankfully there are several landing areas that make it more manageable.One downside was that the windows didn’t have screens, so we weren’t able to open them to enjoy the fresh air and breeze. However, the kitchen was fantastic—fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.There’s no backyard, but it made for a unique experience as deer come right up close, which we really enjoyed. The home had plenty of space for our whole group, and all the beds were extremely comfortable—we all slept very well.Having access to the washer and dryer was a huge plus, and the hot water in the showers was excellent.Overall, everything was great. Our family had an amazing time, and we would definitely recommend staying here!"
