"Nice hotel. Very clean. Staff works incredibly hard. The roped off area for Wyndham Club (time share) members was a little over the top. We noticed that nobody was a member of that exclusive group and those segregated areas sat unoccupied such as the Private beach area and dining areas. Very weird. "

"We had the time of our lives and made the most of this all-fun inclusive vacation. Staff were amazing, food delicious, parks as fun as can be and the hotel was just paradise. Loved our room and all that we got with it. Would totall recommend and cannot wait to come back. Asi se siente Mexico en la piel!"

"Clean rooms/ good food/ great beach space! The only challenges I had involved a very uncomfortable bed- the bed was so hard, I actually had sore hips from sleeping on my sides. The other challenge was that drinks weren't served until 11am. Sure, you can get a mimosa at breakfast, but when on vacation in Mexico. I start my day with an Ojo Rojo 😂 But seriously, the buffet was AMAZING - we didn't even need to visit the themed restaurants - lots of options for all meals and it was all good quality. The rooms were clean. The cleaning staff provided extras when needed. Overall, a good vacation spot- would definitely go back!"

"Room wete clean every day. Did have a leak in bathroom as the air conditioner tray over flodded with water. That came down the ceiling. Morning breakfast we had to wait 10-15min to get a seat each morning as short staff. "

"The resort was beautiful and the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would book another stay at a Roy Resort without hesitation. I do wish there were more activities to do during the day. The pool and/or the ocean were the only options."

"The pools were nice, but they close at 7 p.m. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful but it's showing its age The reason I probably won't go back is because the smell from the seaweed made me nauseous. It's too bad they aren't doing anything to clean up the coastline."

"Very large property. Ruins, animals and beach..... all were fantastic. Park next door was amazing. All inclusive meals were on par with every other all inclusives."

"I went to the main restaurant instead of specialty restaurants, and the food was excellent. Also, beach access is very nice."
