"First of all Caleb the doorman is amazing!! My family love him!! Such a fun guy!! Tell him the King was pleased with him!! The only negative is the buskers with the buckets outside. Very annoying. I know you can't do anything about it but it will prevent us from coming back. We wanted to listen to the music from the square across the street but couldn't because of the annoying bucket buskers. If you're ever able to fix that issue we will be back!!"

"The first one I had had hair on the shower gel there was no tissue in the room. The room had a damp smell also no trashcan in the bathroom the next room we moved to no trashcan again in the bathroom and the toilet paper was just sitting on the top the toilet the checkout sign was missing on the back door, so I don’t know if these rooms are being checked after the housekeeping, but the staff was very polite"

"Overall, I would give this property one star, and that is only because the environment appeared somewhat clean at first glance. I reserved and checked in ahead of time, but the pictures online did not accurately represent what the property actually looked like. When I arrived, there were wet floor signs placed throughout the entire property, and they appeared to be left there constantly and never removed. There were also people roaming around both the front and back areas of the property, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. Another concern was that there was only one entrance and one exit, and several areas were padlocked, which felt unusual and restrictive. When I entered the room that was initially assigned to me (Room 118), I immediately saw a large cockroach on the floor as soon as I walked in. The room also had a strong unpleasant odor, and the mop water smell was very noticeable and off-putting. Because of the overall condition and how uncomfortable I felt, I checked out the very next morning even though I had originally booked a three-day stay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property."
