Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, and other amenities. It was also very easy to find and access. There are a few areas that could be improved. The mattress protector and bedding could have been a bit cleaner, and the room could have had a fresher, more pleasant smell. Also, the water temperature was not always as comfortable or consistent as expected. Despite these details, the friendly staff and convenient location made our stay enjoyable overall.

Greeted with a smile and offer to assist with any info we needed about the area. Asked to see the room B4 booking and was accommodated. Had a small issue with bathroom light blowing, and night manager fixed the issue immediately. Nice room, good location for food options. Felt safe. Reccomend a stay for a good price.

We stayed here because all of the good reviews and found this not to be true. Our room was very dark even with all the lights on. The toilet and tub area was so cramped and small you could barely get in and shut the door. At least the shower was good, however we had to turn the hot water on all the way to get warm water. You better have some soap/ shower gel to wash with because all they give you is a tiny half dollar size bar of soap. The room space was large. A/c worked well. The bed was not comfortable at all. The ice machine was out of order and looks like it had been for awhile. The room itself had a horribly bad odor in it. Would not stay here again
