"Der var rent og pænt. Men intet varmt vand i brugseren. Aircondition virkede ikke på vores værelse."

"Slightly quirky but charming hotel. Friendly staff and clean room. Helpful with safe storage of my bike."

"Mettre à disposition une bouteille d'eau pourrait être sympa"

"Our stay at Novotel was okay overall. The hotel was clean, which was a plus, but there were a few disappointments, especially as a family of four. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool because the water was too cold. Breakfast was also very expensive for the quality offered, and we didn’t feel it was worth the price. "This property was very hard to find (our cab driver could not find the actual hotel) as every one of the numerous buildings on this property have the same address, and this hotel is in an inner-facing courtyard location, not on the street where you would expect to find it. "Property is Ok. At the counter I was asked to pay for some city tax that was already included in the Expedia reservation 4.5 E."

"The heating wasn’t working on a cold weekend, but they didn’t tell it’s when we checked in and only told us once we complained the second time, and then said it wouldn’t be fixed because it was weekend. The hotel generally looks a bit tired and in need of a refit. Gym & sauna just bland and no quality feeling, a bit of a home made feeling to it. TV in room was skew on wall, espresso machine tray bent. Just not what one expects from a Radisson."
