This place was clean, had a modern bathroom and was literally right out the front of the tram stop! Fantastic for getting around Nice. Would recommend.

The room and property in general were clean, the breakfast was good and not expensive and staff was friendly. The only issue was that it was noisy at night, people slamming the doors and you could hear everyone in the corridor.

We did a reserve because the website is saying that it has air conditioning. Last year it was true. This year not. After talk to the receptionist she said that they don’t turn it on during February. But was sunny, the room was really warm and the window doesn’t opens.
