"We highly recommend staying here. The house was perfect and so comfy. The only surprise were the 47 steps down to the front door, especially with our 84 year old Mom. She did fantastic though, we limited the stairs to once a day.We saw dozens of bald eagles every day, the low tide and high tide clock was so fascinating. We loved that the ocean rose 16 to 20 feet twice a day."

"The silver bow Inn is a little jewel in Juneau. Although old, it has been updated and made very charming with little touches like custom wallpaper, and every amenity you could want. The only drawback is having to carry your luggage upstairs, but if you can do that this is the hotel to stay at."
