An excellent place to stay between the ferry and airport - and the shuttle service was great between both destinations. Our room was a large and comfortable suite, and the hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and also along Juneau's public transit system - with a bus stop conveniently located near by.

It's a very clean, spacious, and convenient hotel in the heart of Juneau, they proviide shuttle to both the airport and the ferry terminal, staff is very helpful and friendly, highly recommended.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. City bus stop just down the street provided transportation downtown for $2 fare. A larger trash can for kitchen area would be nice. My room faced the parking lot and there was noise all night.

Always friendly staff, and a free airport/ferry shuttle from the property. The rooms are a bit dated and have had some repairs to some of the rooms which are visible, but despite that they are very comfortable and clean. The beds I have slept on were all very comfortable.
