"The room I had was large with a great view of the water. It had a washer and dryer, dishwasher and a small pod coffee maker. The king size bed and pillows were extremely comfy. I found the heater easy to use and was quite cozy for my stay! The staff I encountered were great! I even got a ride to work with a stop for coffee my first morning which wa so helpful for my situation!! I only wish I’d have been here during the busy season to try the restaurant! I highly recommend staying here."

I rate pleasantness of staff to be pretty high and the lady running desk in the morning when I checked out on 9/17 was straight up rude. No bones about it. I was ready to start my day cheering since I had gotten a lot in the week and was going to head home happy. She needs to be reminded that we are paying customers and not some grunt as she had a a very military like tone to her. Resign to the night shift then. Bad management for a bad hire."

"The small and accessible upper level unit was just perfect. There was just the 2 of us so after a long day of adventuring in Juneau the closeness was great! We stayed for 10 days and used the laundry facilities which was great. They did not follow thru with the use of bikes as they only left 1 for us to use. The walking hike right at the end of the road was super along with the black bear that roamed the neighborhood kinda like a free cat. The host was super on anything that came up and she tried to make it right. Everything was just enough in the kitchen and the shower/bathroom was good. The view daily of Douglas Island was sure a joy to sit with a coffee and look out over Juneau."
