"This used to be a better hotel but looks like that now they are not maintaining it to well. The shower hot water would be cold at times and I would have to be adjusting the faucets to get it to the ideal temperature, dead roaches found in the room and by the entrance door, elevators in poor conditions. "

"Extremely confusing and a huge hassle to check in. I booked on Expedia and then some other company messaged me on WhatsApp saying I need to give them my name, personal information and credit card to check in. There was no mention of any of this during the booking. So I imagine it is a scam. But they seem to have all the information about me checking in and they kept telling me on the WhatsApp that if I don’t check in through with them, I won’t be able to do it with the front desk. I called Expedia and they said that it is a scam because they don’t know anything about this. It is not mentioned in their checking system. Finally it turns out it was the hotel but they don’t approach you with the same name of the hotel. It’s a different company name and they also ask you for a security deposit which was not mentioned during the reservation. And they don’t give you any towels or toiletries other than what’s there at the moment of arrival. It is extremely hard to check in and deal with them and they don’t take care of you afterwards."
