Falha no atendimento e não envio da Nota Fiscal Prezados, Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com o atendimento recebido durante minha estadia. No momento do check-in, o atendimento foi extremamente ruim e desorganizado, gerando transtornos logo na chegada. Além disso, o atendente foi debochado e rude, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais desagradável não sendo a primeira vez e não o único. No check-out, solicitei a emissão da nota fiscal da hospedagem e fui informado de que não seria possível naquele momento devido a um “erro de sistema”, com a garantia de que o documento seria enviado posteriormente por e-mail. Já se passou uma semana desde o check-out e, até o momento, não recebi a nota fiscal nem qualquer retorno ou posicionamento por parte do hotel, o que é inaceitável. A emissão da nota fiscal é uma obrigação legal e indispensável, especialmente para fins de prestação de contas e reembolso.

O unico problema no hotel é a falta de divisorias nas vagas das garagens, deveriam ter limitadores em concreto, um estacionamento que comporta 50 ou 60 carros perdendo 10 ou 15 vagas pelo desrespeito a marcações, divisorias de concreto de 200mm de altura na linha divisoria resolvem facilmente este problema.
