"I was disappointed at check-in & check-out, I was not greeted and the front desk employee did not appear very welcoming or accommodating. I has several questions including asking about the shuttle service, and instead of explaining it, I was simply told to "take a card from the desk." Customer service and hospitality are very important, especially when guests are tired from traveling. A more courteous and helpful check-in experience would have made a big difference."
