"This is a very special place nestled in the jungle of a small village. The hot tub is fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped and the communication with Mary and José was fast and great. If you are looking for a peaceful place to rest, look no further. However, when I originally booked it, the listing said the location was in Centro, Bacalar. In actual fact, it’s 30 minutes out of town in a village called Buenavista. I noticed they have since changed the location on their listing. Luckily we had...

"Een hele rustige leuke locatie om te verblijven. Zwembad was heerlijk! Huis was erg mooi en sfeervol. De weg er naar toe is een zandweg, met droog weer prima te doen met een normale auto. Erg van genoten."

"Absolutely lovely! It was an oasis in the middle of the jungle forest. The staff are friendly and responsive. We loved the pool and the central common area. Our apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The showers were great. Please know the dirt road was quite bumpy but doable for a regular vehicle. "
