"Began witting this while in this locale... Another restless night. This rental is located 20 meters from Hwy 307, a main route north and south on the Mexican Carribean. The road noise is/was awful. We also listened to a water pump loudly whine all night the first night. I sent the host a notice that the pumps bearing was likely going out. "The hotel “accidentally” charged my card for someone else’s stay in the amount of $600.00, still trying to receive my refund. We had to keep asking and messaging for towels and waters. Our room was not cleaned until after 5 p.m. the hotel is not walking distance from the town area. I did not enjoy this stay and will not book here again "
