"I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Paris near the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. "When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out.
