"I have stayed at this place at least about 4-6 times a year. It’s always been clean and quiet and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. This time I had somewhat a negative experience. When I came back to my room after being out all day, I saw a roach in the bathroom which I disposed and flushed it in the toilet. I was also awakened early in the morning cause a roach crawled on to the bed. I reported it to the staff when I checked out who was working that morning and said that they will take care of it ASAP. I’m writing this review cause I don’t want this to happen to other customers. Also, I just found out that not all the rooms have a mini fridge inside, I was always staying in rooms in front of the office and was told that those were the only ones with mini fridge. It would be nice if they put in all the rooms. I will go back to this place again cause I know they will take care of the problem."

"The room was unclean and looked as though it had not been properly cleaned in years. The surrounding area also felt unsafe. The bedsheets were worn out, and I couldn't bring myself to sleep because they felt dirty and smelled old. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here."

"We stayed here because the reviews were good on hotels.com. Bathroom was dirty hair everywhere. Bathtub was disgusting. Had to put a towel on the floor just to get in the shower. As I was walking into the hotel with my family got approached, asking if we had any white. That was awful. My husband later had to go to the car again and was approached by a different male asking for white as well. Had to kill a few spiders. Staff was great but don’t recommend if u have family."
