"We only stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. Just expect parking fees and destination fees which are pretty standard in the area. There's no way to avoid that. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The building is old but part of the charm. Others complain about the size of the rooms so I booked the larger suite which was a great idea. We had space to move around and a nice view of the city. We did not experience any loud noises and had a decent night sleep. The bar or restaurant was closed so I don't know how it is. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Perfect location for attending shows or just exploring the area. We feel it was in a safe part of downtown. I would stay here again and recommend it to others."
