"Staff were great - happy and helpful. Upgraded suite was beautiful, pools lovely and beach clean. Japanese and Italian restaurants were great. It was hot and all restaurants were uncomfortably warm, and air conditioning was out in some. Room never got cooler than 73, and we prefer cooler for sleep. Steakhouse was fair, not the best steaks. The upgrade to butler room came with the only other amenity of upgraded lounge - not really a good value. Can’t say enough about butler, room service, restaurant and pool staff - all were excellent !"
