"cafe was very nice with the outdoor view and fresh air. we used cafe twice in our one night stay and it was great. delicious club sandwiches , cake coffee and tea and soft drink and beer . The lounge area for evening drinks and snacks was really beautiful and peaceful watching the gorgeous city lights. staff so helpful , smiley and all waved us goodbye. so sweet of them."

"This is probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The hotel was beautifully maintained, had high end amenities, and the room was very spacious for being a Japanese hotel. The bed and room was so comfortable. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient to stay and get around during the vacation. We will absolutely stay here again."

"It’s a good hotel, what you can expect from an APA, BUT, beware with the luggage storage service, we almost lost our train after being almost one hour waiting for our luggage to be returned. The line is mixed for both pick up and storage, SO it gets overloaded very fast."

"They picked us up (free shuttle) from the airport after a very long flight, which was amazing - we landed pretty late and I was grateful for not having to figure out how to get to the accomodation. The instructions to get to the bus were pretty clear! Beds were very comfi and the stay was quiet! Konbini within the same building was great. Rinku town station was 2 mins away, with straight connections to Namba. Staff were very kind and helpful! Loved the stay"
