"The room was not very clean, the pool it was dirty, very loud environment. "

"We had a recently renovated room. It was good, but the shower is very small and it's hard to move around in there. The towels are also very small (both bath and pool towels) and thin. The bed was also not that comfortable and made a lot of noise when I got up from it. It was also kind of ridiculous to charge $50 for early check-in when our room was clearly ready. I've never had to pay that at other properties. Overall, we liked the food options and the water park. The luau was also very good."

"I only stayed for 1 night, so I didn't explore the property much. The room smelled like bleach but I just dealt with it because I knew it would just be one night. I think overall this place is what you would expect. Nothing fancy. I don't think I'd like to stay there any longer than a night, just because I didn't like it, quick in and out. The staff was very kind. They charge $25 for parking, which most places charge for parking, but I think it's ridiculous. "

"BEEN STAYING AT ROSEN FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND THIS IS MY WORST STAY. THE DAY I CHECKED IN THE BATHROON HAD HAIR ALL OVER. THE MAID WOULD JUST CHANGE THE TOWEL AND THE BEDS WERE LET HOW WE GOT UP. INTERNET SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. OVERALL THE LOCATION IS GREAT ! "

"Hotel appeared to be fully booked. Had to park in the auxillary parking lot every evenings. Rooms smelled fresh and were clean. The complimentary breakfast was busy but well stocked."
