"Had to change rooms a couple of times, had a smell in the first room, 2nd room had spiders, 3rd one was ok, had to settle cuz my $$ was non-refundable. The male at the front was very nice and understanding and had patience. the female is very snobby and creep. I went and bought my own supplies to clean and make it comfortable for me. But overall it wasn’t that bad once i got comfortable; i just wish it was house keeping there, and the presentation was like the pictures. But there wasn’t no mole or nothing, pool was open and clean, ac worked and i slept comfortably until my stay was over."

"Hotel was perfect for our staycation celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. She was able to have enjoy the bar and the son and our 6 year old nephew enjoyed the indoor and outdoor water parks! The room was renovated and very clean. The AC worked almost too good. We would definitely come back in the future. "

"Very nice and newly renovated hotel. Stayed for about one week to go to the parks nearby, but didn't actually spend much time in the hotel/room. In that stay, housekeeping does not come in at all to replenish things, so needed to go to the front desk for more towels, toilet paper, etc... It'd be nice to have at least a check in every other day for those things. Although there is a nice storage rack in the room, some additional hooks in the bathroom would be helpful to hang clothing, towels, etc... Otherwise, it was a great stay and would recommend."

"I understand it’s free parking but we asked the front desk if we can park in the closed off area cause others were doing it anyway she said no to park at tower 5 when we stayed in tower 1 and didn’t even do anything about the cars that didn’t have a pass to be parked our people that was parked slanted in 2 parking for 3 nights in a row "

"Liked that you get in Universal Parks an hour early when staying there. Rooms were ok, staff was great at the check in, but the food court was not organized, didn’t know how it worked and people just standing everywhere not knowing the process. "
