"The word resort is used loosely. It is a motel with a pool, small hot tub, overpriced bar and rude staff who do the bare minimum. The gap between your door and outside is large enough that it doesn't feel secure. Would not recommend. "

"This was our second trip to WG Lakes...this time the ground floor units had some very loud a/c units. It was not relaxing to sit outside. However, Miguel listened to our concern and was willing to change our room. No small task because there were many check outs that day. Busy. The food options are very limited if you don't have a car. The market is extremely overpriced assuming you would eat at restaurant. However the units have partial to full kitchens. The free shuttle to Universal was a nice perk this time. Overall a very relaxing vacay."

"I had multiple problems with my TV only one pool had handicap accessibility properly working. There are ants in the unit. And when I purchased this it said all taxes and fees everything included and when I got there they charged me an additional $100 for resort fees. Not a good experience at all. I would not recommend this property to anybody."
