"Seemed clean but the rooms were filthy. Months of neglect in cleaning. Coeaning only what you see in a quick inspection. Was very dirty everywhere. Very disappointed. Needs a deep clean. Suggestion hire a firm to clean then new staff on rooms. Not the mgmts fault on this. Very kind. Just believe staff is lying to the managers that work is being done every day."

"We’ve always enjoyed staying at this hotel when we come to Holton; it’s clean, the rooms are clean, and comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast is sufficient enough to get your day started (you get what you pay for), and we enjoyed it. The ONLY “knock” was there was NO clock (or “cheat-sheet” for The T.V., i.e., what channel is what). 4.5 out of 5!"

"Bonnie the front desk, receptionist, was fantastic wonderful employee very helpful with everything. I believe she deserves a raise. She is a great employee and I would not let her go if I was the Company. The bed was comfortable the room was clean, just with the remodel, there are a few minor aesthetic issues but nothing major, I did enjoy my stay. Thank you."
